I am Levente Borbély, co-founder and director of REC.
From the very beginning, I have been interested in how to present a property better - or even better. How can you really convey the feeling that you can only really get on the spot? How can we 'visually' show all the value that a property represents?

REC specialises in producing high-quality marketing materials specifically tailored to the needs of the real estate market. We aim to deliver the highest quality and the most compelling visual experience in all our assignments, whether it's photos, videos, home staging or 3D visuals. As each property is unique, so is each of our projects. It's how we can best highlight the unique qualities of a property.

From the beginning, we have worked with dedication and a real passion to show the true beauty and value of real estate. Our aim is to convey emotion and inspiration in all our work, as these are the most important elements of the real estate market.
Buying a property is mostly an emotional decision.
Buyers are not only looking for a house/apartment, but also for the feeling of a new home. Through our materials, properties come to life and evoke a mood, showing their potential.

At home.
The word brings to mind different things: a warm fireplace on an autumn evening, a soft bed on a cold winter's night, a cosy chat in the living room, or simply a relaxing hot bath after a day's work. But it has one meaning: a place where I feel good, where I can recharge, relax or share important events in my life with family and friends.
In 2007, I completed a two-year training course in interior design at the Junior Art Center, with the most excellent instructors. I gained professional experience with several interior designers. In 2008, I was chosen by the profession as Career Interior Designer of the Year. Then I went back to school and got my degree in interior design in 2014.
I have been a contributor to the Magazine "Home" since 2008. With my existing knowledge I would like to help to turn the apartment into a real home, the café into a pleasant meeting point, the office into a practical workplace that meets all needs, but only by taking into account the needs of the customers.
In 2011, I launched my webshop, where I sell interior accessories, and since 2015 I have been producing curtains and home textiles for my customers in my own sewing room. Interior design is not just a profession, it is a way of life!
Dr. anett Budai-Illyés
Lawyer, property law expert
I am Dr. Budai-Illyés Anett, lawyer. After graduating from law school, I worked as a trainee lawyer at Krasznai Law Office, and after successfully passing the bar exam, I started my own practice in 2015.
Among the many areas of law I specialise in, I mainly deal with real estate law, company law, employment law and law relating to business companies, and my clients include both individuals and legal entities. I have a degree in labour law.
In addition to high professional standards, I offer speed, accuracy, flexibility and competitive service rates. In all cases, I am committed to providing my Clients with high quality and professionally correct assistance, working with them to develop the most appropriate, simple and efficient solution for the case at hand. As a lawyer, my primary goal is to ensure that my Clients can settle their disputes out of court, preferably in a short time and in a way that is satisfactory for all parties, in front of a lawyer.
