On the shore of Lake Tisza, in Sarud, we offer for sale a 10 hectare plot with its own drilled well, with an area of 150 m2.

The water has a temperature of 50.6 degrees Celsius, it rises from 948 meters, and the well has a capacity of 948 liters per minute.

According to geological experts, the high quality spring in Sarud could be one of the ten most important wells in Hungary, and the settlement could become a resort village. ‍

The village of Sarud is also included in the list of settlements forming the priority tourism development area of Lake Tisza. It is rightly so, as it has one of the most beautiful coastlines, and the location, designated as a recreational area in the zoning plan, is extremely favourable.

The 13 hectares of land along the shore are fully in line with the strategic programme of the Lake Tisza Priority Tourism Development Area 2017-2030, thanks to the high quality of the thermal water, which is mainly used for health tourism development. The regulatory plan has designated the area for tourism investment, which offers ample opportunities for all kinds of thermal tourism, health, health, sports and even high-level senior resorts.  

The project is in line with a number of national and EU tenders, so it can expect to receive significant funding.

The 10 hectare property is located on the shores of Lake Tisza.

The development is supported by a high-capacity infrastructure (electricity, water and sewerage, asphalt road). The terminal road is positive and currently closed.

Its quality is indicated by the fact that it is fed by the Hajdúszoboszló vein.

The well has a depth of 1000 m, a flow rate of 1000 l/min, mineral-rich water with a temperature of 50 C. The thermal water ensures a 4-season operation, so that the unique ecotourism attractions of the area can welcome visitors all year round. A large sailing and yachting marina is being built on the pleasure beach in front of the resort, Europe's second largest AQUAGLIDE water playground is located nearby, the beaches, the AdventurePart water and land games and attractions experience will add to the service. ‍

The water has a mineral content of 1,378 milligrams per litre, mainly rich in sodium. Importantly, in line with EU regulations, arsenic, boron and iodine levels are well below the limits for drinking water. Based on the measured data, the methane content of the water is very high, which could be the basis for a possible additional utilisation of the water in this direction. The water is classified as medicinal water, and according to experts, the spring could be one of the ten most important thermal springs in Hungary.

The area is a promising and beautiful development with a 4-season utilization, which can be well integrated into the development concept of Lake Tisza.
