The cellar’s climate is controlled by a dry, moisture-free air-conditioning and ventilation system.

Seven years ago, the kitchen underwent a complete renovation, with all wiring and surfaces replaced.

The kitchen is equipped with mandatory elements, including separate preparation areas for vegetables and meat, a dry goods storage area, and black and white dishwashing sections. Behind the kitchen, staff have access to a changing room and a restroom.

Guests are also provided with separate men's, women's, and disabled-accessible restrooms. Water and electricity are supplied via mains, while gas is available on the property.

Although there is no sewer system, a 50 cubic meter closed septic tank is in place for wastewater.
