The other part of the estate, a 5.5-hectare area in the nearby Mogyorós vineyard, features newly replanted grape varieties as of 2015: Riesling, Italian Riesling, and Muscat Ottonel. Here, the support system is entirely metal, and the row and vine spacing is 2.40 m x 0.8 m.

All vineyard areas are cultivated with yield limitation to ensure the highest quality. The estate operates according to the Agricultural Environmental Management Program’s guidelines, guaranteeing sustainability and adherence to environmental standards.

The Winery

The winery infrastructure is exceptional, equipped with everything necessary for the operation of a modern winery. The 125 m², climate-controlled, partially underground processing and storage cellar was built in 2004 and features modern acid-resistant storage containers. During the harvest, the processing capacity reaches 150 q of grapes per day, allowing for efficient handling of larger volumes. The winemaking process employs the latest technologies, including an automatic pneumatic press, semi-automatic capping and corking machine, and a 4-head filler.

The winery has a total storage capacity of approximately 1000 hl, with about 300 hl of wine currently in stock, from several vintages, mostly from 2022-2023, some of which are already bottled.

Grape Growing Equipment

The estate comes with a comprehensive range of modern grape growing equipment, ensuring efficient and professional vineyard management. The equipment includes:

  • Massey Ferguson 3708 F plantation tractor (85 hp, 2018) – ideal for working the vineyards.
  • 1500 l Axiál towed fan sprayer (2015) – for quick spraying of larger areas.
  • 450 l Axiál mounted fan sprayer (Zupan) – for smaller areas.
  • Agrofer Piccolo active disc cultivator – for precise soil cultivation between the grape rows.
  • VBC pruning shears – for proper vineyard maintenance.
  • 2 BRAUN hydraulic knife cultivators – for soil cultivation between rows.
  • 150 cm vine shredder – for processing vine cuttings.
  • 150 cm row cultivator (Bagod) – for soil preparation and maintenance.
  • 2 trailers and 2 plows – for transport and soil cultivation tasks.
  • 140 cm Bagod disc row cultivator – for maintaining vineyard areas.
  • 1 Ford Transit Custom van (1.0 t payload, 2013) – for safe and efficient transportation of wine.

Hospitality and Additional Comfort Features

The estate is also excellent for hospitality. Adjacent to the building is a 120 m² outdoor terrace, with 60 m² covered, ideal for hosting events, wine tastings, and social gatherings, accommodating up to 80 people.
